Pink onion strips are dehydrated onions primarily sourced from India or Egypt, depending on availability, and belong to the large Allium family (like garlic, shallot, and chives). They have a mild, slightly sweet flavor with subtle notes that enhance any dish. Their dehydrated form makes them an easy ingredient to integrate into recipes, offering flavor and convenience without the nuisance of tears and lingering odors.

Pink onion strips are incredibly versatile in cooking:
