Description and Uses:

This is a blend crafted in Provence, using herbs grown in Provence. It’s truly one of the most eco-friendly options for the planet!

The aroma of these Herbes de Provence is powerful, evoking the garrigue where they were grown. This "typically Provençal" mix contains no basil. Indeed, this plant has never grown in the fields of Provence, even though Provençal cuisine has long adopted it! These producers chose to exclude basil from the blend to capture the authentic fragrance of Provence.

The sunny taste and delightful aroma of these Herbes de Provence will elevate all your meat grills, whether white, red, roasted, or in sauces, as well as your vegetables, fish, and broths. In fact, you can add them to almost any dish!

As with most aromatic herbs, it’s recommended to add these Herbes de Provence halfway through the cooking time to avoid altering them too much with the heat.

In this blend, the rosemary and savory have been intentionally cut to avoid having overly large leaves in the mouth, which some people dislike. It’s also possible to grind these Herbes de Provence into a powder, preferably at the last moment, using a pepper mill or a mixer.

Composition:

Thyme, rosemary, savory, oregano
