A delicious fine powder blend with a "fennel" flavor, fresh, fragrant, and non-spicy, specially designed for all types of fish and shellfish dishes. Simply sprinkle the fish, broth, or sauce you wish to flavor, as you would with salt.
It works wonderfully on a fish fillet quickly cooked in a pan, in a fish papillote, in a fish sauce, or on and in fish baked in the oven. You will also love it in marinière mussels or simply opened clams.
For broth-based dishes, however, a whole spice blend would be more suitable, as the powder dissolves more in the water, leading to wastage.
However, once the fish is removed from the broth, cover it with a sauce (such as cream) in which you’ve sprinkled a little of this blend. It's absolutely delicious!
