Uses in Cooking:

This is a delicious mild blend that you can sprinkle on a chicken cooked whole in the oven or in pieces in a casserole. Its naturally red hue will enhance the color of your poultry, and the mix of spices will make it more flavorful, delicately complementing its taste. You’ll enjoy your poultry much more with it.

This blend will also work well with duck, and even with fish!

Dosage: Since this blend is not spicy, you can sprinkle it generously on your dish. As with most spices, use it halfway through the cooking process so that it is not overly affected by the heat while still flavoring the meat throughout.
